  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Responsibility and Liability:

   – Felicia Travel Tanzania acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever.

  • Health and Safety:

   – Participants should ensure they are in good health and able to undertake the activities included in the safari Itinerary.

   – Felicia Travel Tanzania reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the safari activities.

  • Travel Documentation:

   – It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they have the necessary passports, visas, and other travel documents required for entry into Tanzania and any other countries included in the safari itinerary.

  • Changes to Itinerary:

   – Felicia Travel Tanzania reserves the right to make changes to the safari itinerary, including accommodation, activities, and transportation, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

  • Insurance:

   – We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

  • Code of Conduct:

   – Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow travelers, guides, staff, and local communities.

  • Complaints Procedure:

    – Any complaints or issues arising during the safari should be brought to the attention of Felicia Travel Tanzania’s representatives as soon as possible, to allow us the opportunity to address them promptly.

  • Age Restrictions:

    – Some safari activities may have age restrictions. Participants should check the suitability of activities for any minors in their group.

  • Environmental Conservation:

    – Participants are encouraged to respect and protect the natural environment and wildlife encountered during the safari.

  • Force Majeure:

    – Felicia Travel Tanzania shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

  • Photography and Media:

    – Felicia Travel Tanzania reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the safari for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by participants.

  • Governing Law:

    – These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
